Hi, I’m Jacob Lance , the owner and founder of Lance Unlimited. My journey in the roofing industry started as a union roofer, where I spent 10 plus years mastering the trade, working on everything from residential homes to large-scale projects. During that time, I always dreamed of running my own business—one where I could bring my skills, work ethic, and dedication directly to homeowners.
When COVID-19 hit, I decided it was time to take the leap. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I knew that with hard work and a commitment to quality, I could build something great. That’s how Lance Unlimited was born.
